“Find out who you are and do it on purpose”
~ Stephen Cope
Business, Life Strategy & Yoga Coach
I discovered yoga on my travels 16 years ago, a life altering embrace, which developed into a natural calling, ‘dharma’; to serve others on their personal journey of transformation to freedom living and fulfilment.
Inspired and taught by internationally renowned Katy Appleton, I graduated as a yoga teacher with appleyoga in 2010, set up Wheel Yoga, trained as a professional development and life coach to found Wheel Coaching, and have been teaching yoga and coaching since in London, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk and overseas on retreats and in New Zealand.
Wheel Coaching is a true amalgamation of my work, skills and experience in the corporate business world, of my amazing and humbling learning as a student and teacher of yoga, of powerful, transformational coaching and of my absolute love of travel, engaging with people and living fully.
My passion and belief is that personal, positive change is achievable and actual as we navigate life’s constant cycle of transformation and connect to our heart centre.
I deliver business strategy, life strategy, health and therapeutic yoga coaching progammes, courses, workshops and retreats. The programmes are tailored to your unique self with the Core Transformation methodology at their heart to help you achieve the freedom lifestyle you desire.
Programmes use a step by step system that combines coaching techniques and yoga practices including hatha, vinyasa, restorative, yin, myofascial release, body work, pranayama, meditation, mindfulness and NLP.
I hold a professional Life Coach, Diploma PPC and Yoga Teacher, RYT200 and am currently navigating my RYT500 hrs with Yoga Medicine and NLP Masters. I am Yoga Alliance Chartered Senior Teacher, with over 3,000 teaching hours, certified studies with appleyoga, YogaMedicine, CamYoga and The Special Yoga Centre and have attended numerous courses & workshops including neuroscience coaching, yoga for children, hot yoga, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Ayurvedic Medicine, the energy body, pranayama, breathing techniques, yin yoga, meditation, inversions and anatomy & physiology to mention a few.
“Set in motion the wheel of Dharma.”
Beth encourages you to listen to what your body can do now, today, during this session & to recognise that each time you practice this may vary.
This has taught me to listen to my body (& mind) and it's responses both on & off the yoga mat; knowing I can return to the space Beth has helped create during class is invaluable."
