Vinyasa Flow - Core & Slow Flow
 
Vinyasa flow classes encompass warming hatha yoga flow sequences linking one posture to the next with the breath. The classes incorporate breathing techniques, yoga asana benefit and anatomical instruction, meditative flow, meditation and relaxation.
 
Core Flow is an uplifting, dynamic flow with sequences to strengthen and increase cardio. It is recommended, but not essential, to be an experienced beginner or have a good level of fitness.
 
Slow Flow is a more gentle flow practice with flow sequences to suit beginners and beyond.
 
Mats and props provided. Wear comfortable clothing and layers to add during relaxation. 
 
Monday Evenings 7.30pm (Core Flow)
Private Yoga & Health Coaching Programmes
 
If you are seeking a more bespoke yoga teaching environment, whether as a beginner or seasoned practitioner, one-to-one bespoke sessions and programmes are ideal.
 
Held in the informal wheelyoga studio or your own home space, classes enable a tailored approach to suit your yoga needs and offer hands on adjustments and coaching to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga. 
 
Mats and props provided. Wear comfortable clothing and layers to add during relaxation.

Hatha Yoga
 
If you are new to yoga or want to take it back to basics, these classes are for you.
 
The classes introduce key hatha yoga poses, sun salutation, warrior flow, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques. 
 
They are held in the informal wheelyoga stuido with a maximum of four people to enable a more tailored and hands on approach - ensuring you progress at a pace suited to you.
 
Mats and props provided. Wear comfortable clothing and layers to add during relaxation.

Restorative Yoga
 
Rejuvenate and restore your body's natural balance with a yoga asana practice that heals and slowly unravels tension, strengthens and improves flexibility.
 
The yin style practice also includes breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques. 
 
Held in the informal wheelyoga stuido with a maximum of four people to enable a more tailored and hands on approach.
